About

Hi, I'm Lana.

Building a practice rooted in functional biology, seasonal eating, and the rhythms of real life.

My path into nutrition began after 20 years in IT sales and business development, when I realised I wanted to do work that felt more meaningful and could make a real difference in people’s lives.

I went on to complete a three-year Nutritional Therapy programme at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, with in-depth training in biomedicine, nutrition science, functional pathology, therapeutics and clinical practice. Alongside the academic training, I completed over 200 hours of supervised clinical practice, including case work, consultations, reflective assignments and client support under professional supervision.

At the same time, nutrition became deeply personal. I was navigating my own health challenges, including SIBO, digestive symptoms and chronic fatigue, while also supporting my family through theirs — my husband’s autoimmune condition and my daughter’s food sensitivities, frequent infections and changing health needs.

This experience showed me how connected the body really is: digestion, immunity, inflammation, hormones, stress, sleep, food and lifestyle all influence how we feel.

Many people think nutritional therapy is simply about “what to eat.” In reality, it goes much deeper. It is about understanding the patterns behind symptoms, identifying what may be driving imbalance, and creating a plan that supports the whole body.

Today, I help clients connect the dots between their symptoms, health history, test results and lifestyle patterns — and turn that insight into a clear, personalised plan. My recommendations may include nutrition, functional testing where appropriate, lifestyle changes, sleep and stress support, movement, meal structure and targeted supplements when needed.

I do not believe in restrictive dieting, quick fixes, or generic protocols. I believe in practical, science-informed nutrition that fits real life — and helps people feel clearer, stronger, and more in control of their long-term health.

My approach

Everybody has their own story. My work begins with listening to your symptoms, health history, test results, diet, lifestyle, and the patterns that may be driving how you feel. From there, we build a personalised plan that is clear, realistic, and rooted in current nutritional science.
